"Chose better services Do not use this place they yanked my sister so many ways. Knowing she has a disability They have been helping her for years & now it’s like it wasn’t their job to do what she needs now it’s a problem they can’t. I will be filing a complaint with my senator against this place They been a poor service since day one been a lot of times that their personal lives has affected my sisters services when not showing at times, or just straight lies .They can’t keep people tells you something don’t it & my sisters peer barely showed many many times They are not here for their clients in mental health please chose arc of Rowan -Taylor mgt cause these people flat out suck. Do better for your loved one than this place."
"Rha is a very unfair place to work. They will bill up things on you and fire you. Don't care about your well being or how you going to make it. it"
"Was great at first but overall Caused me more stress and anxiety. So glad I went to a new provider to get what I need. RHA is all talk about getting people what they need. Took awhile but I finally found a place I am comfortable. Don't know why I have to give it any stars, I feel like with everything going down the way it did I would like to mark it as a negative star, maybe take some off other reviews"
"This is the most difficult establishment to work with. We were referred here by a general practitioner (who we trusted) but will never return. After 3 appointments we have yet to be seen by a therapist, only a coordinator. You don’t need 3 separate appointments to coordinate therapy. Save yourself the time and stress and find a more reputable practice. Also, if you do choose to be seen here, be prepared to watch daytime tv consisting of baby daddy DNA tests and did he cheat on me like detector reveals because they apparently believe this is appropriate television to have on in a “professional” waiting room."
"I have been going to RHA on and off but in the beginning I was attending for a year. When I started therapy the first woman was not concerned nor caring to my trama I had went through then she switched me to an other woman who seemed caring at first then she started showing me that she also didn't have no interest and compassion in the trama I had gone through then wrote me up as having a drug problem which I did not have one and ignored that I was being abused in more ways than just one. They applied me in to get housing 9 months ago I'm still on the list but they don't know nothing other than that these people don't not help and they are not caring nor concerned about your well being and mental health in my opinion they need new staff with people who know what you are going through and don't have no problems really helping you and showing you proof that they are helping and doing their jobs."
