"Rhonda, the receptionist, was great! She made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. She explained everything in perfect detail to me from all the paperwork I had to fill out to making sure I knew and fully understood everything. The place itself is a super clean facility. It's located in Indian Trail in a small shopping center but very easy to find. My appointment was early in the morning, so there were plenty of parking spots to choose from. Mt PT Dr. Kristina was great. I came for a reoccurring issue im having, but first, this was going this route for treatment, so I didn't know what to expect, but she was very friendly and explained everything in great detail. Will be needing to return for follow-ups, but I don't mind coming back to this location. Definitely recommend."

"First off, the other reviews are NOT for this facility. This is not a nursing/rehab place. It's a stand alone PT practice that see's out patients only. I have coming for 15 yrs, for various injuries. Everyone is amazing, front desk, PT and other office staff. I highly recommend this location."

"My mom passed away here in 2016. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. The staff was not very friendly and were not very available when needed. The iv alarm went off for HOURS and we never had anyone come check on her, even after we rang for them and I went to the nurses station to get their attention. Wish there was something other than 1 star."

"My step dad has been here for a month and the staff has been extremely good to him as well as to me and my mom. I will never forget our experience with two nurses: Carla and Candi. My step dad almost died and these two nurses have been miracle workers. They both have hearts of Gold. As long as they are there I feel safe leaving him to go home."

"My father in law is in rehab at Carolinas hospital. He was there for wound care. He has almost died because they wouldn't Give him his medicine and needed oxygen. He has his arms wrapped in gauze. My daughter Had a run in with his doctor and told her to leave. She went back several days and no one said anything. Yesterday the administration sent a security officer to the room and she was real rudely. Told my daughter to leave and Told her she would call the police. My daughter was very upset. Her grandfather on his death bed. I feel this hospital needs to be shut down. We are working on a lawsuit."
