"My husband got into a car accident, hit by a drunk driver. I called this facility on 12.18.23 to get him into see someone, scheduled an appointment for Wednesday 12.27.23 and they called the day before saying authorization wasn't submitted and approved yet because we were not paying out of pocket, and going through a private attorney. It is Thursday 12.28.23 and still haven't heard about an authorization or to reschedule. Their lack of patient care is absolutely shocking and their only concern is the money, do not waste your time and energy. This business behavior is totally a disregard for helping people in a time of need and they should be ashamed of their practice. They finally called back to "get more information" on 1.2.24, but not to schedule an appointment. If you are going through an attorney for payment, be prepared to wait for authorization."

I didn't have to wear my brace for very long either, which was great, because that thing was huge. But these guys did get me back to feeling like myself very quickly, and they were all so nice too."
