"Just called today last minute hoping to snag a cancellation. They worked with me to fit us in even though I didn’t have an appointment. These individuals are absolutely wonderful. You can immediately tell that they love their profession as soon as you walk in the door. My Yorkie Gizmo is still a puppy and can be very nervous and dramatic, but they were so kind and patient with him that he never made a peep. I cannot recommend these groomers enough to others, because I’m thankful that they were recommended to me."
"We took our two large rescue babies, a St. Bernard and a mix breed, Elise and Clyde here. Lisa and Mark took their time making sure our dogs were comfortable and groomed efficiently to our liking and to our fur babies comfort! I love that they allow the dogs to be air dried because it would’ve been too much for our big pups in this heat! We watched them first hand interact with our dogs and do part of the grooming. I love that they are not forceful in anyway but are very patient and loving when they were grooming and bathing our fur babies! I cannot imagine anyone having any issues with Lisa and Mark at Smokey Mountain Groomers! They’re the best around! We will be using them from now one!"
