"Absolutely love this Marshall’s! I love Marshall’s in general but this one is the best! We drive 30 minutes away from home (where we have a Marshall’s) just to shop at this one. Why? The store is ALWAYS clean, well stocked and not a cluttered mess. The stock is always relevant to the season and the staff is super friendly. The manager is so nice and remembers us when we come in. Did a ton of Christmas shopping today and could not be happier with our purchases!"

"At least one cashier needs customer service training. She gave me a hard time about a return, took it over to manager who approved it. I had a receipt and it was purchased with their credit card. I rarely do returns and don't understand why this employee gave me so much attitude. She seemed upset her manager approved it."
"Good Marshall's location and it was much needed in Newport. I mostly buy home goods and beauty products here. It would be five stars if they had a better selection of plus size clothing. I notice they mostly carry xs, small, and medium even in the regular sized women's clothing. If you are thin, they have lots of clothing options."
