"Complete waste of my time. I was told to come with my partner to their appointment to take part in the process. When we arrived we were told I wasn't needed. I had to take time off from work for this. To make matters worse they did not listen to my partner and explanations they had gotten from multiple other psychologists and gave them a bad diagnosis. They have very poor communication! Recently had another issue with them. My psychiatrist put in a referral for me to get an evaluation and I never heard from them after a month. I didn't know she had done this until my follow up with her or I would have refused after the bad service for my partner, but it goes to show they can't be counted on."

"my psychiatrist put in a referral over a month and a half ago. I never received a call. I took it upon myself to call to try to make an appointment, I called in total over 6 times. Literally not a single time was the phone picked up. I left a message with my name and info and still no call from them. I’m just shocked that a business can run where they won’t pick up the phone, or even put you on hold. I needed a psych eval so I could receive support from voc rehab."

"They were able to get my child in for testing when other places are extremely booked out. Every one was very kind and pleasant. I am going to take my child back for additional testing. They thoroughly explained things to me and made my child feel very comfortable. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because my child's referring office never received the test results and I ended up having to email my copy to them and it can be difficult to get through to someone on the phone. The time I did leave a voicemail no one ever returned my call. I would still recommend them."
