"HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I made an appointment to meet with Janelle, and was supposed to meet in person. I arrived to the office 15 minutes early and waited a total of 30 minutes, just to be told that my appointment was virtual. Heather, the practice manager had emailed me and said “I’m sorry you missed that! The email said it was virtual.” Firstly, she lacked compassion and professionalism. Secondly, I checked through my emails dozens of times, and not one specified that it was online. No one should ever be gaslit. After all of that and never getting to speak to Janelle, I still made a secondary appointment with Janelle. I got through that, and the day of my third appointment arrived. The appointment was meant to be in person, but I got dozens of emails and texts saying to confirm the appointment, even though I already did, and then got flooded with more asking me to reschedule to a different location just an hour before my appointment. I contacted the office and left a message letting them know that I was not able to make it on such short notice, and the owner herself contacted me, apologized, and set me up with a different provider. I got a call the following day from the owner that she was unaware that the new provider was not available for in person appointments. Because of all of the confusion and unprofessionalism, she said she would give me a referral elsewhere. To this day, I’ve still never received a call, email, or text from her."
