"I started seeing Mrs. Patterson last year and I loved her didn't have any issues or concerns. This past spring I was put on leave from my doctor and attending therapy was apart of my leave. Mrs. Patterson's availability was a lot higher during the daytime hours than more so after work hours so during this time we could meet w/o a problem. I paid her up front $50 on 3/10/16 and probably saw her three times (maybe) after that. She tells me she cant see me on the scheduled days (after work) any more because she would be closed. Well I am a full time worker at the time a student and a full time single mother. Her hours of availability at this point weren't matching my schedule consistently so I only went when I could. Around the end of March another therapist requested some information from Mrs. Patterson let's just say to this day they still haven't received it. Mrs. Patterson threatened me with some billing issues from last December and January that had never been mentioned to me until this summer when I called inquiring on why the information hadn't been sent. She demanded payment on these past billings before she would release the requested information. I requested a break down of the billing and every session attended and how all of my payments were applied months ago. To this day I still have not received anything. She lied and said she mailed it when I told her I moved. All of my other mail was forwarded just fine funny how I didn't get mail. Mrs. Patterson disappeared on vacation without letting me know during my leave and I wasn't able to reach her for about 2-3 weeks. Finally I get in contact with her receptionist and she says nonchalantly she was on vacation. Mrs. Patterson has disappeared once more since then and takes weeks to return my calls just to tell me it's being worked on. There is always at least 3 weeks in between the numerous voicemails I leave her and when her receptionist calls me back. I have never received a receipt or any itemized billing as requested from her. The other therapist never received the required letter that I needed by August from her either. She had me order these books that were $35 right before she disappeared, we never even addressed or touched the books. Unprofessionalism at it's finest."
