"Unreliable. Spent 30 minutes filling out intake forms online. THEY no showed on the first telehealth visit. A week in advance scheduled an appointment. No communication on a telehealth link despite day of appointment conversation to confirm a requested link. Was promised an email with link. Never received. Called at time of appointment and the line was not receiving phone calls. Found an alternate number on their website for an entirely different region and I believe took the owner of the company by surprise 45 minutes after the scheduled time, very briefly, only to be asked to be called back shortly, and then to find out that what happened was that they mischeduled. Horrible experience."
