"Sara was my therapist for about 5 years when I lived in Charlotte and she is AMAZING!!! - I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially the women who need a safe, non-judgemental space to focus on themselves, work through their issues with a guiding hand to feel better, and see real results and change in their lives and in themselves! Sara helped me assess and prioritize my issues and then worked with me to come up with a plan with “action items” that helped me work through them by doing things/tangible tasks while being mindful (and gentle on myself) and scheduling regular sessions to check in as often (or less often) as I needed to depending on what was going on in my life at the time. During a crisis situation, she even adjusted her regular operating hours to make sure we could meet after I got done at work because she made me a priority and let me know she would be there for me.
