He really knows his stuff - is extremely knowledgeable about the drug therapies available to patients but treats his patients with the utmost respect - explaining any treatment and the reasons for/against as well as being very clear on timeframes for seeing any benefit, what other options there are, etc. He talks to his patient like they matter and we do. There can sometimes be a wait to see him - but that is inevitable given what his practice does and that some patients may be having a rougher time of it on any particular day.
