"TLDR: Erica is a miracle worker who I would recommend to anyone having any kind of physical pain or mobility issues. I injured my wrist and forearm after a CrossFit injury (doing Kip-ups) and kept having issues where the pain would flair up doing random things around the house. Erica was not only able to basically cure whatever injury I had in my wrist/forearm - she went on to fix problems that I’ve had since high school. I had a bad shoulder from boxing and sleeping on my side that she has almost completely reversed. I also have a bad left knee (I think from years of lifting with bad form and some skateboard accidents) and she has gotten me to a point we’re I’m not only feeling better, I’m back in the gym and lifting almost as strongly as I was back in the day. Truly 10/10 this girl is a straight up miracle worker. I even went to 2 different physical therapy locations before Erica and she easily blew both of them out of the water with the results I got from seeing her!"
