"I called Ms Carolyn near 5pm on a Saturday from Michigan in a panic because my uncle's funeral was the day after a holiday (MLK day) and in an area I knew little about. I was emotional, unsure of what I wanted, and indecisive. I gave her no real information other than I wanted it "Carolina (Tarheels) themed". She admitted that she didn't have any Carolina memorabilia but had some blue ribbon and she would make it and have it at the church by 10am on Tuesday. She was patient, very kind, and reassuring. My family sent me pictures of the standing spray and it was BEAUTIFUL! I am so happy I took a chance and called Carolyn's Flower Garden!"
"The silk flowers that were purchased included a spray for the coffin and three flower stands which was nicely done. After returning to the grave site later that day all of the flowers that were purchased by the family from this florist were gone. All other flowers was there. It's appears the florist recycle these flowers. The problem I'm having is the family was not asked permission nor told this was going to be done. I'm all for recycling, I feel this is being deceitful."
