"My granddaughter’s arm is broken. Where is the report? Where is the video? Was this reported to the state immediately? The supervisor left at 4pm without fully addressing the incident. I called around 5ish when I found out and she was just reporting to her superior what happened. I need answers and proper protocol. She will not be attending a facility that lacks compassion for families. This is unacceptable."
"They overcharged me $1700 then told me they’d apply it to the next year. I was told I would be informed when that ran out as they were super shady about how much I owed. I was never informed, ended up $700 behind before I was even told about it. They then informed me my child’s services were being suspended because of the balance. I tried explaining the situation and all I was ever told is someone will call you back and they NEVER do. You also cannot reach anyone by phone to discuss this. This on top of this facilities reputation among RBTs for being a really terrible place for kids makes me want to never return my child there. Find literally anywhere else to take your kid. This company is unprofessional and incompetent."
"They have very young people running the place. My son was injured by a counselor and when I asked for an incendent report I was ignored. I personally would NOT recommend this place. Also there " turnover" is extremely high. I'm still looking into getting answers. Also if you notice all the "good" reviews are wrote by people working there! Lol"
"If I could give no stars I would. My son has been just shoved aside here like he doesn’t matter. He was removed for a month due to attendance. So we come back. Knowing I work 3rd shift and we where struggling to get there at the times we had without consulting with me she gives me a super early time. Then I’m told when a new therapist starts I will be contacted. She has started and her schedule is almost full. And I wasn’t contacted at all. Just shows how much they actually care about the kids progress. After two years in therapy and finally getting him to talk, he is now back to signing and it seems like no one cares. The head rehab has quit without getting in contact with me as well. Where is the professionalism around here."
"I worked for this company for several months in different clinics. Communication was improving between staff and management then it went down hill . Ever since they included more clinics and needed help at the new clinics is where things got hectic.Rather then securing the clinics they already have they focused on building more clinics. There’s more focus on getting more clients on board when there’s not enough staff, they force hours on staff who already are full time (40-50)whether then distributing hours to staff who qualify for hours, you only get a 30 minute break ( if lucky enough)out of a 10 hour day, managers won’t listen to your concerns and accommodate needs, also there are safety concerns within some clinics.Out of all the times that executives randomly and other management come through the clinics there’s not been a improvement to the company. Your kids could really get hurt at their new clinic.Concord clinic is recommended if you were to start with this company. The new clinics need major improvements and need to learn to respect the staff that’s been there for them and address concerns of parents and staff like they meant it. ( need to be more direct and not indirect about addressing company concerns)"
