"I’ve been receiving counseling services since February of 2021. Although the counselor was good the company stole from me. I am self pay as this company doesn’t take Medcost. So, I been paying out of pocket per visit. I noticed money charged on my account in May 2021 and I called to resolve the issue. They stated they charged be based on my insurance until I explained the matter. They stated they’ll issue me a refund but never did. I’ve filed a complaint with my bank who also confirmed they didn’t issue a refund. I’ve spoken to them over the phone and they all still have the same story Of which a refund was processed but wasn’t and I have proof. They honestly don’t seem to care at all about stealing from their customers. In fact they offered to just add a credit to my account if I continue services of which I refuse to do for a company with no integrity! It is July 13, 2021. They took money from me without my permission on May 16, 2021 and still haven’t replaced it. It’s the principle for me and how they handled the situation lying as if I didn’t check. Thanks but I will no longer do business with this service. For all customers pay attention to your charges."

"Normally have a great experience ( have been going about a year) anyway I do not have insurance and pay out of pocket. This week I had chemo and was not feeling well ( the way you feel after chemo varies) I called at 4pm to cancel my appointment for noon the next day and yes I’m aware of the cancellation policy but I have NEVER canceled before and always have paid out of pocket each visit. I was told they were going to charge me a 65 dollar cancellation fee, they had no hesitation nor looked at my account to see if this was repetitive. Again I have never canceled and always paid, either way the conversation ended with they are going to charge me 65 dollars and I WILL NOT return for services. ( I work in the medical field and understand policy but I also understand life happens and this was unprofessional and a bad business decision to lose hundreds over 65 dollars smh)"
