"John is awesome. I can relate and he understands my needs. I highly recommend for in person or telehealth (video call) It's awesome that they have the opportunity to do both."
"Absolutely some of the most amazing and kind people I’ve met in a really long time. At first I was pretty uncomfortable with the whole idea of counseling and from the first appointment Kelli has gone above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, she has helped me work through a lot and I can definitely say I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the tools and resources she has provided me."
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS…. Had a few appointments with a counselor, she was good at first… then she failed to show up for our appointment, then despite repeatedly calling to reschedule I got no call backs… after nearly 2 weeks (11 days) I called back to seak out a new counselor (after all the zero call backs) at which Renee informed me that the are just to busy with other clients, asking for a call back today was too much to ask for… despite waiting 2 weeks for an apology, a call back or an appointment… I see people have had so good results… the front office staff I spoke with was rude, cold and unprofessional…. Upon asking for a new counselor I was told I would be put on the waiting list as now they have zero availability in my network… which I find odd because when I asked for my counselor originally they gave me a few options… The worst feeling is being stagnated in your progress by people who “want to help”…. Avoid at all costs because their actions don’t line up with where their ethics should be…"
"My therapist Kacee was great but suddenly went down to part-time and dropped me with no notice. Admin was awful no one ever knew anything and when I reached out because I was unable to find a new therapist they switched me to a new therapist at this practice. She was terrible, rude and literally made me cry. She had no emotions while asking me for my intake info and was very blunt. After I told admin about this they went into all the reasons I was apparently a bad client, and basically told me it was better to look elsewhere and left me with no therapist in the matter of two visits. With no resources. All of the supposed issues, by the way, had been addressed with Kacee and were never a problem then suddenly admin said these were why I was dropped not that Kacee was going to fewer hours. I would get two versions of every story this happened multiple times and was always turned into my issue as the client with no apologies or resolution. The reception was also bad the woman the normally runs the Carolina Forest location was great. However, whenever she was out her replacement was absolutely the rudest person I had met with no regard for the patients that were CLEARLY struggling."
