There was some confusion on the receiving end because I had been told by a middle man that a substitution had to be made. Not. The order was right and they were willing to help make sure it was right. Good people. Thank you! Also note that they deliver to Black Mountain Veterans Cemetery."

"What I ordered was completely different than what I got. Paid over $200 for a spray of flowers. When I called and questioned why it was so different. I was smarted off to. She said, I assure you, you got two hundred dollars worth of flowers". Point is, IT WAS NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED! She said well I went with the colors you wanted. It was a complete embarrassment!!"

"My s/o has ordered flowers for me on several occasions from Babe's. The flowers are always fresh and absolutely beautiful. They also last for a very long time! He had ordered from another company before, and the flowers were bruised and old (and much more expensive!). Now, when he calls Babe's, he just asks them to put together an arrangement with whatever they want, and it is always gorgeous. They are talented with their design, and they have the highest quality products. You won't believe how beautiful and affordable your arrangements will be. I highly recommend their service to everyone in the area!"

"I am overriding my previous review here: 1st delivery was fantastic and no complaints. Ordered again for Thanksgiving for my grandparents (I work at a floral shop). Sent the order the Tuesday before Thanksgiving for delivery Tuesday or Wednesday. Not only did the flowers NOT get delivered until the day AFTER Thanksgiving but they said they WERE delivered of which they weren't and then magically 2 hours after I claimed non-delivery and asked for the order to be canceled and refunded an arrangement magically showed up (delivered to outside their garage door mind you and they were not notified anything had been left). I can tell the flowers are old and the sunflowers are missing petals and this arrangement is NOT up to the value I sent. I bet this will be dead in 2 days. Honestly its not only the flowers but the lying saying is was delivered and then not owning up to the mistake but trying to be sneaky and deliver it after they realized they messed up. Couldn't even call the number as Noone ever picked up the phone. Also not a real shop. Google maps and street view shows its a house"
