"His unkindness cost me a very great loss. Because my business opening is determined by my TAX report last year (2022) He filed Separate tax returns for my husband and me. I asked him for advice, but I feel that he ignored me . He seem to be only interested in my tax report fee($418) my loan counseling agent said it was strange that we reported the tax like this."

"I just can’t believe H&R Block made sure they got paid but sure didn’t care if I did.. I had them put down my bank account info and they sent it to them selfs first then sent me a check never even tried to send it to my bank to come to find out tried to tell me they did and they didn’t not only that THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Turned around told me I have to wait 90 days. To make sure the check don’t get cashed first off now I have to wait to find out if someone puts it in their bank like now I’m out of the money that I worked for!!! And H&R got paid though so they don’t care what a joke"
