"Well even with a customer messing up there still shouldn’t be rudeness toward either party I think I have called a few times and the lady did sound very hostile and it made me not if give it a try so I can see the customers point here."

"Terrible service...can never get her to answer the phone. Yes I did miss an appointment that was my mistake and the only time it has happened but when I FINALLY got ahold of her later she told me to never come back because I missed my appointment. To me that's just not very good business. In previous post via her niece, you are right missing appointment(s) is unacceptable but not calling and reminding your clients of your appointments is another thing. I never got a call to remind me and I had made the appointment two months prior and I am also human. On another note Dorothy was very very rude and hostile to me on the phone when I reached her. I called her on Monday and told her sorry for missing my appointment and left that on her vocal mail and never got a call returned back to me. So I called again on the following wed and while leaving another message that's when she picked the phone up and blew me out. I have NEVER missed but that one appt. I called another dog groomer in town and I have gotten the best service from them and I am very happy with them. Dorothy is just a crazy and unstable women."

"My Aunt Dorothy has been a groomer for almost 40 years, she is professional when it comes to grooming and taking care of dogs. You cannot find a better groomer. I know I have tried to find one here in Florida who will groom my dogs right the first time, One of my Aunt's pet peeves is this, if you make a appointment then stick to it. If she tells you please be on time to pick up your dog do so. If you can't make it the appointment, give her ample time and let her know. She is a very busy woman and can't wait around all day for you to show up late. So the previous review is invalid on her service. It was her fault that she failed to show up, so you decide to give her a bad review due to your mistake. Also a lot of groomers has answer machines, it may take a day for her to get back to you, have patience."
