"I will start off by saying I had a great experience with the new female dr that I saw, however, I will never return solely based off the interaction with the older brunette working the front desk. I thought maybe I was just imagining her demeanor with me until I was sitting in the back hooked up to the machine that works the muscles in your back and could hear her being super friendly with another lady and letting her know that her insurance approved the visit and she wouldn’t owe anything. When it came time to check out she yet again seemed annoyed that I was even there and when I asked about my insurance she stated that I would be self pay and IF my insurance did cover the visit then I would receive credit for my next visit. What?! Verification takes just a few minutes! If that is office policy, I guess that’s one way to force people into coming back but I’ll pass. I paid and declined to book the next recommended visit, you can keep the “credit” and I’ll take my business elsewhere."

"Dr. Brandon has been amazing. I have had back and sciatica issues for a solid 2 years or more. With my job, I sit at a desk 5 days a week 8-10 hours a day. The pain levels come and go, but the pain has been there for such a long time constantly. Full disclosure I am a heavier person and I knew going in that my weight was part of my issue. I finally gave it a try and I have now gone to 3 appointments and the improvement is substantial. I do not want to mislead anyone, I did not have any type injury that I have been facing recovery time for, just years of increasing and lingering pain. I wanted to do this review because in just this short of a time seeing Dr. Brandon, I am a believer in what he does. "So happy I decided to go to this place. Everyone there was so friendly and the facility has state of the art equipment. My Dr. was so thorough with my initial assessment. They do X-rays on site so you do not have to worry about making an appointment at another location. Within minutes they are read and the doctor knows exactly where the problem areas are and fixes them instantly! I’ve been to several other chiropractors but none of them did as much as these fine people! Would recommend them to anyone! I feel 100% better now and I am truly grateful! I can’t thank you enough!"
