"Changing my review to 1 star. Used to be super convenient and the cheapest insurance I had- prices skyrocketed recently, but that's not what I'm really changing my review for. I have been calling this agency NON-STOP for the past 72 hours trying to cancel my auto insurance because the car in question is about to be scraped. I even talked to my agent last week letting them know I would be canceling my insurance the following week once I turned in the tags/handled registration. Nothing, no reply and the bill for the coverage went through still - for a car that doesn't even exist anymore. I've called 8-9 times, and left 3-4 voicemails and even mailed them directly via their website. Nothing. Corporate just redirects you to the agency, so I'm stuck in this limbo-purgatory situation while they just take my money. NOTHING on either website - the agency or corporate's - mentions holiday hours being in effect. Absolutely unacceptable business practice IMO. I can't wait to officially cancel my policy WHENEVER they decide to pick up the phone or get back to me. EDIT: Just saw another review where they apparently did the same thing to this individual LOL it went on for 5 months. Insane business practice, they need to be shut down. 2nd EDIT: Contacted the Office of Customer Relations for Nationwide. They will be shutting down my policy, refunding my payment, and I was able to file a formal complaint against this agency. I highly suggest anyone else whose having an issue do the same."

"Initially had a great experience with them about 2 years ago. Recently tried to cancel insurance that we longer need but no response. Very frustrating as they never call you back, paperwork to cancel insurance sent in but they still keep billing you. Tried to contact all state directly but they keep transferring you to agency. Agency’s phone system does not work properly so you get stuck in a loop. Horrible experience with this agency, find someone else that will respond to your needs. 5 months in and no end in sight."
