"Kaylie Hall is by far one of the Greatest Therapist, and has made a major impact on our family. There are really no words to express our gratitude!!"
"Every month I get my prescription it’s always a constant game of phone tag. Between the front desk ladies who could care less about their job other than getting through the day and the nurses making constant mistakes when either transferring your prescription to another pharmacy or missing vital information for your script to the point the pharmacy can’t fill your script. Trying to get ahold of these people is impossible. When they are tired of dealing with your issues they’ll just transfer you to the nurses line at that point you’ll leave a voicemail and never hear back. Avoid if possible"
"NATIA SHROUT was beyond unprofessional and was zero help her attitude is disgusting..thank god for my health care professional being available to take charge. And actually help. Natia shrout is in the wrong place."
"Helen Ross McNabb supports a Adult-Orientated Show in Blount County. Please support TN Code 7-51-1407 Restrictions on Locations of Adult-Orientated Businesses. An Adult-Orientated establishment or Adult Cabaret shall not locate within one thousand (1,000') of a child care facility, a private, public or charter school, a public park, family recreation center, a residence or place of worship. The adult event planned for Clayton Center for the Arts on September 2, 2023 violates all criteria listed above and should be cancelled for this location. “We, the people” Laws and regulations are important to a community because it serves as a standard of behavior for citizens. Blount County has a high standard and we must stand firm to protect it. ."
"First went to Helen ross as a teen, told them I was actively self harming and suicidal and was completely ignored until I was hospitalized. Now as an adult, I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia and autism. I put it in my paperwork that I am autistic , and mentioned it several times during my intake, but they put down that I had a "possibility" of autism. They even said it to my face after I told them several times I can provide documentation, and even gave them the name of the people who diagnosed me. I'm fine with wanting documentation to make sure everything is correct, but why accept all of my other diagnoses with no questions asked? They had no evidence of my other diagnoses. I hadn't even told them who diagnosed me or when. Slowly learning that even with a diagnosis , doctors still will try to debate whether or not you're actually autistic ."
