However, recently we have been having trouble with the front desk receptionist Dawn. she’s not very friendly, and we recently had something tramatic happen in our family and she made it seem like we were horrible people for having to call to reschedule. I don’t appreciate the treatment that I received, nor do I appreciate the tone that she uses every single time that I talk with her. She is not a good representation of your company,"

"I am so happy we found foothills pediatric dentist. They are different than the other pediatric dentists out there in such a good way. We had tried two other pediatric dentists offices prior and they did not seem to take the time or have the patience that was needed for my shy daughter. But foothills did and they handled it it so well. They read her cues that she is shy and needs some time to acclimate. They didn't force her into situations she is uncomfortable with, but find ways to make her comfortable so they could do what she needed done with her cooperation."
