Reviews of Crossroads Counseling Center Inc
"My son loves it there! We see Ashley and she is so nice and helpful!"
"Fran is extremely biased when dealing with high conflict custody cases with children. Schedules appointments without notifying or calling. She kept calling my child by my ex husbands name during visits!!!! I tried to switch therapist in the facility and they wouldn’t allow me and basically told me I was the problem on the phone. I am taking my youngest child somewhere else. HOWEVER. The ONLY therapist I would recommend is Beth, I see her for my oldest child , no issues with her whatsoever and very laid back and intelligent."
"Biggest joke of the medical world. Don’t even bother. I was referred in October to which they told me my daughter would be waitlisted given they were booking out 6 months. Called again in December was told the same information. Mind you they have had my paper work for 3 months. Called again today, at first no paperwork could be found, they lied and said I was contacted in October, even if they did they failed to mention that when I called in December? Then after having her paperwork and referral I was told today they can’t even help her case. Truly 100% pathetic work ethic from the administration. I’d hate to see beyond that."
"My daughter was referrer to Crossroads to assist with medication for ADHD because her primary Dr didn't know what to try/increase. She was already established with a counselor she enjoys so we made an appointment with Dr Robinson to see if she should add something or switch to something else. She prescribed a new med and we were able to see a slight improvement. Instead of increasing the dosage I agreed to psychological testing to hopefully get more answers about how her mind works. I haven't had a problem with anyone there, until now. She's out of medicine and has no refills left. I called the office for a refill, made an appointment for 2wks away, and was told she'd be without medicine until then because Dr Robinson "can't" prescribe anything less than a 3mo supply and can't submit a refill without seeing her because it's a controlled substance. This "controlled substance" could withdrawals if you suddenly stop taking it. My husband and I have both had doctors call in controlled substances when we were out and our appointment was scheduled for a week or two out. So now I have a 12yr, who's been diagnosed and treated for ADHD for 4yrs, who will be taking 6th grade EOGs without the medicine she needs just because life happened and I didn't realize it had been 3 months since she saw this doctor. It's kinda hard to keep track when she sees a counselor monthly and another Dr for testing at the same facility. I'll keep my daughter there for the counseling, and will definitely recommend then for counseling, but I'm seeking another Dr to manage her meds who understands the importance of consistently staying on the prescribed meds."
"This place has done wonders for my child. During the shut down we have had telehealth sessions and it's always been a pleasure. I have actually referred my friends here for their little ones when they ask. My daughter loves her dr. And cant wait for her sessions"
