"One of the few sneaker stores with a good vibe and knowledgeable staff. Too many sterile places that give off a “take it or leave it” atmosphere. If you enjoy the look, feel and sound of the sneaker culture, go see Ian or KJ. Picked up some beautiful PO 2017 Royal 1s."

"Bought shoes from the Albany store realized when I got home that one was real and one was a fake/replica. Called the store and they told me to bring the shoe in to show them, however I had just gotten home vacation and the mall had been our last stop. The store manager Ryan offered to send me a shipping label to return them, but quickly recanted and said they only could refund me if I went to the store. They then repeatedly told me that it was impossible that the shoe wasn't real and that it was quality control issues. However quality control issues only effect quality of the product and don't explain different materials being used. They told me if I wanted a refund I would have to go back to the store, but I have no intentions of driving 7 hours to get my money back after they sold me a replica shoe as real (you know like fraud). Now they no longer will respond to me. Never shopping here again and I would suggest if you do to legit check on any items before purchase. Sketchy store would not recommend. Edit: I want to point out to anyone reading this now that before my review there had not been any reviews for quite a while then immediately following mine there was a huge influx of 5 star reviews of the store including posts by the workers and owner. They clearly tried to cover up this post. They also have not and I’m sure will not respond to it."
