Vaya Health

Vaya Health is a health institution located at 825 Wilkesboro Boulevard Northeast, Lenoir, North Carolina, United States. We believe in putting people first when it comes to healthcare. Starting in 2024, we will also manage physical health and pharmacy services for Medicaid beneficiaries.
