"In July 2020 our washing machine flooded the house. My wife and I got as much water as possible out within a couple of hours. My wife reached out to Beth, our agent about 9:00pm. Believe it or not, Beth offered to call ServePro and have them come out right then!! Keep in mind it’s almost bedtime for most people. We declined that offer, so ServePro was dispatched for Saturday morning. Nationwide, and Beth were nothing short of amazing through the whole ordeal. The adjuster was prompt, and even explained to me the process steps to the cleanup as well as the reconstruction. For me and my family, as long as Beth is our agent, we would never entertain a different insurance carrier for our home and auto policies."
