"Don’t waste your time or money. It’s been almost two years since I’ve been seen at Banyan Tree & recently I was charged a lump sum fee for all my previous appointments. This business is the perfect example of why people would rather choose not to go to therapy. I’ve gotten no explanation as to why my insurance all of the sudden didn’t cover my appointments from two years ago. I’ve emailed, called the office, sent family members in to try to get information because I’m not even in Winston Salem & can not get a definitive answer to this charge, my last resort has been contacting attorneys who can better serve me & help me know my rights in this situation."
