"I made a curbside mobile order and upon arriving at the designated parking for curbside, I waited for 10 min in the car and thought maybe they are really busy. I went inside and there was no line or anybody there. The two workers were talking to each other. The cashiers customer service was not up to basic protocol."

"Tim (management) just kicked me out of mobile ordering parking when I was placing an order and then seen they were about to get busy so I was gonna run in and grab my food (as my father owns 2 restaurant I understand how it can be to run food out when your slammed) but Tim stood there and waited until I left before leaving to go back inside. I didn't leave I reparked, went in and got food elsewhere. I will never buy chickfala at this location again because that was rude and it was harassment. Is that not what the parking is for? He didn't care when I said I was ordering food, he told me I couldn't park there. Okay well you just lost a family of 9's business."
