H&R Block 3780 Clemmons Road, Clemmons, NC 27012

"I made a phone appointment with David Conrad, submitted the documents for my appointment beforehand (as instructed by the H&R email I received), and attended. He was completely unprepared for the appointment and told me to reschedule for the next week. This was after 30 minutes of listening to him grunt and talk to himself as he read over my files. When the next appointment was supposed to take place, he never called me back. I had to call his office and he wouldn't get on the phone. Instead, he instructed the front desk person to tell me that he couldn't do anything about it and that he had passed my case off to the Hanes Mall Blvd office. I was told the Hanes Mall Blvd office would call me the next day, which they didn't. After calling the H&R Block customer service line, the representative told me there was no appointment setup with the Hanes Mall Blvd office. The Clemmons H&R Block office has been nothing but a disappointment and is the reason I won't be using H&R Block again."

Libby has done my taxes for 2 years and I will continue using her. I moved back home to Boone but still us the Clemmons location because they are so great."
