"After 2months my appointment was canceled due to the doctor having an emergency. While I understand emergency, I don't understand why the office manage would look at my health records without my permission than trivialize my issues as a common UTI. she suggested I contact my Gynecologist to run some test since she didn't refer me to their office it was my primary care physician. I explained that my Gynecologist had run several tests that came back negative for an UTI, and she sent the referral to my primary care to schedule my appointment. I also told her my oncologist had taken me off my chemotherapy meds until after my appointment to see if my chemo meds were causing my discomfort. She did offer me another appointment for March 2024. I informed her that I had already waited two months and it was important that I see the doctor as soon as possible to determine what was causing my discomfort. The only thing she could offer me was to be put on their wait list which I declined (I was on the wait list for my prior appointment), She than suggested I could go to another Urogynecology office as their location was sorely understaffed having only one doctor. Yet they continue to schedule appointments months out knowing they don't have the staff to handle appointments. ."
