"First pregnancy, there were some bad experiences like a nurse telling my crying wife she HAD to get a certain type of invasive check being done. Fortunately the OB was coming by and heard the tears and came in and told the nurse to leave and explained to us that we had full power to push back and say "no". Same OB was pretty anti-vax which is concerning. Continued brusqueness from the staff, even as the OB was good (aside from anti-vax stuff) The delivery went well and we are grateful for some great decisions that had to be made on the fly to deliver a healthy baby. We should have switched during the pregnancy, but it came recommended and you don't know what you don't know, so this is a normal experience, right? Second go round, different OB. Once again he is nice enough, but unfortunately things go badly and (due to no fault of TWC), the pregnancy ends early. A YEAR AND A HALF LATER we get a bill for our last visit (when the miscarriage was confirmed). Why in the world would it take you a year and a half to process this bill, when all the others took a couple weeks/months? It was a very unpleasant reminder of a very sad and hard point in our lives. Fortunately, we went with a different OB for a later pregnancy, and I cannot overstate how much better of an experience it was. Staff that was friendly and polite and listened, a calming atmosphere, time with the doctors without feeling rushed, etc. Learn from our mistake--the grass is MUCH greener on the side of the fence that TWC is not on. If you look at my review history, I don't give 1 star reviews. I like to almost exclusively give reviews for positive experiences--no need to hurt small businesses for a bad day. But this is a doctor's office and a consistent negative experience, and I see I'm not alone in it, so it's important enough to share to justify publicly posting a 1 star."
"If you’re looking for a quick, non-personal experience this is the place for you! No appointments last longer than 15 minutes, and you’ll only see a doctor for maybe 2-3! Extremely dismissive providers- if you have any former pregnancy or birth anxiety and trauma I highly suggest staying away from this practice. I have never experienced such lackluster bare minimum care before being a patient here. The staff is kind and the nurse I saw there was spectacular, but I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone giving birth."
"My most recent visit at this office has put a really bad taste in my mouth. First of all, I called several times to schedule the appointment and was told I would be called back due to short staff, which I understood. Never got a call back. Eventually was able to make the appointment. The assistant was nice and efficient. My biggest issue is with the phlebotomist. When I approached her, she was casually reading a book. She proceeded to ask me what type of blood work I needed? I’m not the doctor so I’m not sure... It was the most painful blood draw I’ve ever had. I still have elbow pain and bruising a week later. Also, when putting my urine sample in the collection door, there were other peoples pee samples still in there. It was disgusting. It seems she was more concerned with her book than doing her job. I am concerned with the phlebotomists infection control as I did not see her wash or sanitize her hands prior to touching me with a needle. Overall I felt rushed with the doctor and my exam was not very thorough. She also insulted me. I’ve previously had good experiences here but I do not want to return now."
"Dirty old broken down chairs in the waiting room were the first red flag; although, the receptionists were pleasant. The doctor lacked hospitality and I felt rushed. Speculums that were much too large were forced into me although I let out a loud “ouch!” I was not told the exam was over so I was on the table exposed while the doctor continued to hold a conversation with me (heels in the stirrups and chest exposed) It wasn’t until I asked if we were done that I knew I could cover up. This was my first and only time I will ever go there. Every concerned mentioned will be blamed on weight or not drinking enough water (I walk 10,000 steps a day and I drink plenty of water :/…) Still don’t know how to get results for my exam but I’ll just go to another place. I still feel violated. If you enjoy apathy, pain, and a questionably clean environment this is the place for you. I was there Monday Oct 9th of 2023"
"SO MUCH MALPRACTICE HERE AND INSURANCE FRAUD!!!! It’s a regular occurrence to be turned away from your appointment because the doctor there has to go to the hospital. This is my second pregnancy here at this office. The only reason I came back is because I liked Dr. Bippart and wanted to deliver at Wake and have no other options in the area for that hospital that accept Medicaid. I waited an hour today for my glucose test and was overdue for a prenatal checkup that should’ve been done during that hour. But instead they waited until the end of that hour and once again for the 6th time, the doctor got called away and I wasn’t able to be seen. With this being such a regular occurrence they should really have a back up plan in place or another option. Not to mention the insane amount of complaints I have about Dr. Nadendla. I refuse to see her anymore. She is rude and has zero bedside manner. And I know it’s not just me- there are loads of complaints against her and she’s even lost her privileges at the hospital because they had so many issues with her. I definitely do not recommend this place if you have another option. Update : this place has gotten so much worse I don’t even understand how they’re not shut down. There’s so much malpractice and insurance fraud going on here. I’m going to have to have a C-Section over a printer not working. I’m being told that I need to go in for excessive appointments for specific reasons and then when I get there that “reason” wasn’t done. It was just a 2 minute appointment and literally nothing was done. If they cared half as much as they do about me just breaking and scheduling a c section, it could be avoided so I could give birth naturally. They are soooo far from having my or my baby’s best interest in mind. This place needs to be shut down! It’s mind blowing. Everything was great with Dr. Bippart, and since losing him this last month of my pregnancy with this practice has been an absolute nightmare."
