"Terrible chicken sandwich yesterday. It was overfried. Greasy. Not what is expected of Chick-fil-a products. Saw another patron open her Chick-fil-a same basic sandwich at the table beside us. Her sandwich was also overfried, greasy looking. I don't think she was happy either. This didn't appear to be a one-off, but a process issue at this mall franchise."

"Although unusual, we had a bad experience at this location. The best part of the visit was the quick ordering and service, not at all crowded like the non-mall locations. The grilled sandwich had a cold bun. The fruit cup which required a $1.41 upcharge had only about 20 little fruit pieces, only half way filling the plastic container."
