"Horrible place ! One thing is they won't let you exchange or return even if you have the receipt ! Which makes no sense shouldnt matter if you order online or not ! Also if you don't have a receipt they won't allow u exchange either which isn't their policy ! You're better off going to Riverhead who actually help you ! Workers are clueless and rude as well. They make people wait online ! While they have about only 5 people in store it's crazy!"

"Imagine a mess. Now imagine you bring the boxes and discover the princes are wrong in 180$ each. Now imagine a manager named Joanne yelling at you, saying she is exhausted because of the mess on the store… exactly. This is UGG AT Tânger Outlets, and incredible manager after 40 min waiting time to get in the store, and more 40 minutes to buy something… dear manager, this store mess is 100% your fault, you ruled it."

"Worst location ever!!! The staff was so rude and definitely didn’t want to work. I asked for a certain size in multiple styles and they kept saying what we have on the floor is all the sizes! I knew it was a lie because there is a back room behind a curtain with boxes stacked up to the ceiling in different styles!!! Finally I went over to a guy on the register and clearly told him I know it is a complete LIE how there is absolutely no sizes for multiple styles and when he was kind enough to leave the register and help by going to the back, oh be hold the shoe size and style I was looking for was in the back!!!! All these workers were willing to lose out on $500.00 worth in merchandise because I bought multiple pairs for my wife and kids!!! Took me and hour to get out of the store because of the staff!!!! It’s disgusting how there is a store FULL OF staff that does not want to work, too much conversation going on amongst each other and caught two girls on their phones at the front end!!! This is a holiday season shopping and the nerve of staff not wanting to help is really horrible! Never again will I go back to this location!!!!"

"The store itself was great, but the staff was giving us a hard time return an item that was tried on once indoor. She said there was footprint inside the shoes, and looks like it has been worn many times while the bottom of the shoes had nothing on it like brand new. Little surprised by the comment because people go to stores and try the shoes on in the store, walk around and put them back in the box, do the staff check every box for footprint and do the staff keep count of how many times shoes in the store get worn? Very disappointed buying UGG for the first time."

"Walked in one hour before close as a courtesy instead of leaving my job last minute. Only to stand around in front of the cash register awkwardly as a store full of NPCs stacked boxes like their lives depended on it. You can find more personality at your local Walgreens tbh. Eventually some very quiet timid kid had the courage to ask me if I needed help. He gave me the product (gift for GF, I would never in my life wear or buy anything from this store for myself) only to be walked up on and sized up by security for wanting to check to make sure I was not given dirty or damaged product. Maybe if you had more people on the floor I wouldn’t have to be profiled for wanting to make sure I get my moneys worth, so uncomfortable. I’ll stick to online. Happy holidays."
