"Dr. Barefoot is the worst OB/GYN I have ever been to and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. During the appointment he was short, curt, and disrespectful. Additionally, he cannot even prescribe my basic prescription for birth control correctly, even after calling on three separate occasions to have the problem resolved. If cannot complete such a simple task then he is incompetent as a provider and should not be practicing."

"When i came back for my ultrasound after i had a miscarriage. They schedule me to go to another location near Atrium Harrisburg. After my ultrasound that afternoon, the tech told me that the nurse practitioner will be with me in a few minutes to discuss my result. Everything went well and she told me if i have any concern please don’t hesitate the to contact the office. After a month, i got a bill from Atrium that it was charge to Thomas Barefoot, MD. I was devastated to think, that i haven’t met Dr Barefoot that day but instead, one of the NP came in and showed me my result."
