"I was scheduled as a new patient to see Dr. Washington at 11:19am on 7/19/22. I got a conformation text at 10:16 am to be there at 11am. Then at 10:36am (while I was in the car on the way) I got another text saying she is sick and to reschedule. I waited on this appointment for a week to address some health concerns, and ended up with a urgent care bill. Things do happen, but Mrs. Washington is not reliable at all. No follow up no nothing. I was very inconvenienced and my access to care was at risk. Would not recommend."
