"This place is a scam beware!!! My car payment was $366.47 I normally pay through my email it was good for a few months. Then recently i made two payments just for them to say they haven't received it. It's alot of scamming going on nowadays don't waste your time with these people"

"***& before you all assume im writing this because I was late on a payment or something of that nature, that is not true. I just want you guys to be aware of the type of associates this company employs.*** I pray for people like Moses who work for this company. He’s an absolute disgrace to the customer service name. He’s the WORST associate I’ve ever had to encounter in my life. I left my car at the airport for two weeks and he told me that my car would be impounded because of that. His exact words to me were “nobody leaves their car at the airport, they get dropped off. *chuckles*” Mind you, I paid for long-term parking at the airport. I called the airport parking and they informed me that Moses completely made up that lie and that they would only impound vehicles after months of being parked there. I realized he made it up to make me feel worse than I already did. I’m a customer service associate myself, and would never treat a customer with such disrespect. I understand CSR have a difficult job dealing with people all day but there’s no excuse to be absolutely NASTY with people over the phone. When I contacted Moses, I called at 8:30 on the dot meaning I was likely their first caller. How can you be so hateful to someone AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR DAY? I have so much more I can say about this man specifically and that’s strictly off of one phone call with him. I pray this man finds peace in his life."

"Most horrible experience of my life!!! After paying off my car this company supposedly sent my title and I never received it. When I called them they were rude and disrespectful and told me I could go to dmv. They couldn’t track it and refused to send another one. Don’t do business with this company if you can help it. Staff is horrible and condescending and the management team is incompetent!!!"

"I originally was paying my car note with a different company but car financials bought them out. The transition was somewhat smooth i had to get them to correct the spelling of my name and other demographic information. Turnover is also a little high for them to. However over time they became reliable and organized. Haven't had any issue with balances not matching. They are decent and slowly improving over time."

"This has been a horrible experience. How this company is in business is beyond me. The loan for my wife's car was transferred to this company after the dealership we originally bought the car through shut down. We have never missed a payment. My wife and I even took on the task of paying early when we got in a better financial position. Currently we keep getting phone calls pretty much since the transfer of the vehicle to them saying the car note is late. This is inaccurate. We even sent copies of every receipt to show the status before the transfer of the vehicle. Then today we were sent a notice saying the vehicle is now $500 behind which doesn't even add up based on how payments are calculated for this vehicle. Apparently this business has a history of poor business practices and we will be dealing with it accordingly."
