"I have been to Dr. Lugue multiple times over the past couple of months and have had a good experience with her. She answered my questions and worked to make feel comfortable. I was nervous to see her because of previous reviews but I feel I received good care! She was as quick and painless as she could be. Her personality seems to be a bit quiet and less expressive, so that may have contributed to other reviews that felt she came off as less empathetic."

"Scraped my internal cuff with the speculum and berated me for being "sensitive" - part of the reason I went to begin with was pain with the cuff. It was so traumatic I've not been able to allow another internal exam. Honestly I felt assaulted."

"I have family planning Medicare. Tried to make an appointment for a physical! I was told I needed a referral , so I had my doctor send out one. THE NEXT DAY, She stated that she got an email that the office no longer does physicals. I called North Carolina Medicaid office and it said that they still cover physicals and birth control. Why would you lie to patients. Smug and rude, just not to have to “deal” with another patient, disgusting, and I have reported your office!"
