Ashley proceeded to say “You are trying to get around something.” She refused to show proof that I had been listed as a driver on the policy to purposely make the situation that should’ve been simple, very difficult. Ashley continued to make things as difficult as possible. I would not recommend Erie insurance only because of this one specific employee. I hope nobody has to deal with her nasty, rude and unprofessional demeanor."
