"I found the lady at the reception desk thought I must have been entertaining because she was smiling, smirking when she told me I needed to reschedule due to being late. While looking for the correct building the receptionist, scheduler did not bother to pick up the phone for the 20 minutes. There are a lot of Buildings in this CMC complex most of which do not have the building numbers on them. I did go into the building my google maps took me too and some nice folks directed me to go past Emergency entrance of main building. I spent between about 15 to 20 minutes looking for the correct building during which I was trying to call Dr. Lacey Armstrong's scheduling number the whole time. The receptionist, scheduler went back to talk to Dr. Lacey Armstrong at which time the receptionist came back with a smile, smirk. No one bothered to ask why I was late or anything along those lines. My first time and last time to Dr. Lacey Armstrong's Office."
