"The ATM would not take my BoA card so we had to use the card from my wife's bank. They charged me to use the ATM even though both banks are part of the same networks. BoA just keeps getting worse. So greedy."

"They say they partner with bank networks but still charged an ATM fee. We had to use our other bank card because the ATM would not accept BoAs own bank card. So much for keeping the BoA account because BoAs are everywhere."

"I recently deposited a check in the atm and is currently being held for 10 days without and explanation WHY?! The other bank has released the funds and is waiting on boa to release them to me..... Ive called the customer service number everyday to listen to a different rep tell me something different EVERYTIME.!! Its the end of the month I have rent to pay! "Went to the bank to cash my pension check they put a 3 day hold on it. They claim since it wasn't a big bank they had to mskm sure that Massachusettes had money. On the day they said my money was available they decided to do another 3 day hold. Excuse was the same didn't recognize the bank and they needed to be sure Massachusettes had money to pay for the check."
