"Great quality of sandwiches and cookies. But labels on the products are not available and it’s not easy to make an order when you don’t know the name of pastry or cookies. I am a customer of the bakery for many years but at the time of my latest visits the serving personnel were not friendly and extremely rude, while serving me. The rudeness is honestly constant at this point and is not acceptable."

"Paneantico is a neighborhood staple. Classic Italian baked goods, sandwiches and coffees. There's a large selection of everything. This place is always packed with locals. I love coming here for cookie platters for parties and it's a good place to pick up premade pizza dough. The chai latte are some of the best I've had in the neighborhood. I find the pastries to be more on the bready side than flaky. The outdoor dining area does have wait service so you can sit outside and avoid the line. Indoors the place is always packed and I find service to be a bit slow. There always seems to be people here day and night so it's a great meeting spot."
