"What can I say? I am so embarrassed about how things occurred today, yet I need to share this story. Jane is amazing! I walked in there completely fed up with DMV and had a complete and utter melt down. One lady, I apologize, I never caught her name, and Jane Gass, helped me calm down. Jane offered me water and tissues, and was able to get me the “appropriate” documentation for DMV to register my vehicle from NC to NY. After several, and I mean several trips, to the DMV- I was able to get two cars transferred from NC to NY today. (After two months and many trips back and forth) I am what I consider to be a highly educated, legal citizen, with “not” limited resources and it took me almost two months to get these vehicles registered here. It saddens me to think about how I was treated during this process and the level of frustration I felt during this process.The last thing that was said to me was, “things aren’t quite as easy up here.” All because they needed a “barcode”… which mind you, is not on the website.."
