Sleep Inn Airport

"My brief, one-night stay consisted of: Helpful staff. An inexpensive pet fee (only $20). Comfortable (yet slightly outdated) room furniture. BUT unfortunately, there were ladybugs (I literally counted 11 *live* ones crawling around, flying, and randomly falling from the ceiling) and also two stink bugs! Very disappointed, couldn’t even sleep due to worrying about this infestation!"

"NEVER have I stayed in such a horrible Sleep Inn. My girls played travel ball and we always stayed at Sleep Inns. This trip was a family weekend getaway. 1st night I woke at 3:12 a.m. to water pouring into the shower from the light obviously from the shower above. Took a video, showed the lady at the front desk, went to breakfast, came back and was asked to show the video to the gentleman behind the counter. I was told it would be fixed while we were gone that day. That night my husband took a shower and almost fell due to the slippery floor, probably from the shower water from the room above. That night the room above took a shower and at 12:30 a.m. AGAIN we woke to water pouring into the shower. Two nights of no sleep made for a not so happy family weekend trip. All I got was an apology. Not to mention a DIRTY SOCK at the side of the bed when we checked in, the chair in our room was DISGUSTING with stains. If you book a room here, stay out of ROOM 418!! Always be aware that the beds are FULL NOT QUEEN. Don't bash your legs on the metal frame because the Queen frame is larger than the mattresses!! No compensation, no discount given, WORST SLEEP INN and I've stayed in many between Indiana and Florida!!"

"Sameen at the front desk was very professional and took good care of our large group (5 rooms). Breakfast was really nice, with attentive helpful service. I would give the cleanliness of the rooms an 8/10. A few small details to improve on, but overall above average."

"The room was exceptional, clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable; customer service was very pleasant, personable, fun and easy to talk with. I made a mistake when making my next night stay and the assistant manager took great care of me; making my first time staying there that much better. Very happy with this location in Greensboro near the airport."
