"Has a procedure on my esophagus over a week ago been calling office since day 4 due to severe reflux burning throat like when you puke no tasting blood no one answers no one returns call when messages were left. Finally called hospital after hrs line to see if office was no longer in business. That person was able to get a person to answer. They took message. Did not get call back from Dr, instead a nurse called back, didn't listen to what I had told her and blamed tge issues on a antibiotic I had just took 1 dose of last night. Told her I could not rake it due toallergy. Was offered an appointment in a week as only help. I dont belueve the dr was wver notified. This is hirrendous treatment of patients"

"I have been sick for the past several years. I have seen a lot of GI doctors and when a test they ordered didn’t pinpoint my problem they pretty much washed their hands of me. I was referred to Dr Krogel and my first appointment was over the phone due to COVID. He immediately ordered a test that gave us some answers. I am on medicine that seems to be helping. I really thought I was going to have to deal with my pain and nausea the rest of my life. I am so thankful I was referred to Dr Krogel and have a chance at a better quality of life."
