"I've been going to this office for years I recently just changed due to the fact you can never get through to someone on the phone knor will they return your phone calls. I had a bill that I had a question about could not get ahold of lady over the billing department so I decided to call my insurance company. My insurance company told me they billed a exam out wrong and I was having to pay for it. After about 2 months I finally got ahold of the lady over billing she told me she was going to handle it and not worry about it. A month goes by and again another bill comes I call the lady with billing once again she was very rude kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak I asked her if I should go ahead and pay this she again told me not to worry about it she was handling it. Tonight I checked my mail and they sent it to collections so you can only believe how MAD I am right now! Not to mention they have doing the same thing with my mother so I know I'm not the only one out there. I work in a medical office and knows how insurance works and companies and this office needs some MAJOR work and some staff that knows what they are doing because they are handling our personal information. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!"

"I went here for my very first checkup and came back a second time for a follow up and both times i left crying the bedside manner was so terriable and on top of that the second time i went i waited 2 hrs past my appt time and the ultrasound technician acted like her life was awful so yeah not a very good place to go it was a nightmare"

"Transferred to Piedmont around 30 weeks pregnant because of insurance changes. The staff was wonderful and very personable, I felt like I had a great experience and they were so excited to see me back at my 6 week postpartum checkup. All the doctors were wonderful, Dr. Ayubi delivered, the nursing staff was awesome and I actually looked forward to going. When I had a question I was able to get someone on the phone, not have to wait for a callback or leave a message on the machine. I wish the office was a little more updated, but I will take a more personal experience with an outdated office over a new, shiny one that makes you feel like a number."

"I went 5 times for OB appointments. The first time I called up there they were extremely rude. When I went up there for the first time the nurse wouldn't pronounce my name right even after I corrected her. The second time i went up there after they had all my information they still called me by my mother's name just because her name was on my insurance. No one pronounced my name right again except the doctor who was amazing. The third time I was up there for an EMERGENCY, they acted like it wasnt important even though I was CRAMPING AT 16 WEEKS PREGNANT! If wasn't terrible enough the nurse was rude to me and made me feel self conscious about my appearance! I also saw a different doctor that day and he was very very nice. I came back the following Monday to make sure my baby was okay because they apparently can't find out a simple problem. When I came back they made me see a different doctor and it seems they didn't even speak to each other about my problem because the nurse asked me if I got antibiotics because apparently I had an "infection" which I DIDNT EVEN HAVE! The ultrasound tech acted like she didn't even want to be there. The doctor I saw was terrible, he talked way to fast and expected me to just know what he was saying. Also on that day they made me sit in the waiting room for over an hour! The last appointment I had was actually pretty good. Nice doctor, but the ultrasound tech still acted like she hated her life. Over all if I could rate negatives I would. I wouldn't even tell my enemy to come here. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!! WILL NOT BE BACK EVER AGAIN!!!!!!"
