"Penny Welker is an amazing doctor but the billing for this place is absolutely ridiculous. If someone does not have insurance, how can you bill them $240 for a follow up visit ? I have worked with the doctor and the billing department to drop this bill and both have been helpful. As far as the service, I would give all of the stars but the cost is terrible."
"I would like to brag on Newport medical ER nurses. My husband has been in the Er department for 4 days due to lack of beds in the hospital. The nurses that have cared for him have been just Amazing. We are so greatful for the Genuine Care that LESLIE ( the guy), ASHLEY, MARK, AND SUE, have given him. And Ms. Veronica came to check on us and she is just the sweetest, too.
