"The Dancer’s Workout has reconnected me with my passion for dance. The choreography is presented in a way that is easy to learn, yet can be followed without having to memorize it. The pacing and design of the moves make a great overall workout. What I enjoy most is the fun loving approach of the instructors, Sara and Jules. From this has come a friendly camaraderie among the dancers."

"As a former dancer with a BA in dance education I find the pedagogy of these classes remarkable. The build is natural and somehow is able to encompass all needs - beginner to advanced. I have been taking these classes for over a year so I know from experience that this program is remarkable.
