"I called to make an appointment and the young lady on the phone was very professional and accommodating. I got the exact appointment I needed. AJ evaluated my car and sent me on my way. As soon as the parts came in they called me. I again was able to get a convenient appointment that fit my schedule and rent a car from down the block within the same hour. I was able to take care of it all during my lunch break. AJ and the staff are all very kind and professional. They handled everything with the other person’s insurance company and I didn’t even have to get involved with the payment detail. Everything was taken care of by A&B office. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be which was one week. I was very pleased. I also was able to leave my car rental at their shop and didn’t have to go to the rental agency. The rental company picked up the car from the shop. It was a very pleasant experience for something that can turn out to be very stressful if you don’t have a competent shop. I am very grateful and pleased. The shop also has a lifetime guarantee on their work which is very reassuring. This is the second time I use them and both times I had a good experience. "This place is a GEM for the north shore and I want them to stay around! Basically, my car is about 15 yrs old. And someone crashed into me while I was parked on the street. I went in there with my Geico insurance, after filing a claim online, and the guy at the desk inspected my car with me. He noticed other damage unrelated to the accident and asked if I would be interested in them fixing it. Now, I love my car. It's old, though. But I took a chance. They not only fixed the accident damage covered under Geico, but they did an amazing job on my bumpers and headlights that had damage! I am really stoked. I feel like I got my old car back.
