"Very disappointed. I dropped off the car for an oil change, they called back asking if they were allowed to also change the back brakes, rotors, and replace the air filter. He quoted me at the price and I said that was fair. I always do appreciate the call to keep me updated. But when I got there, the price was doubled what he quoted me. All these maintenances are things I can do myself but thought it was easier to just pay and let them do it. If I knew I was dropping my car off for a routine oil change that ended up costing me $700 I would have never gone."

"I am writing this due to being over charged for an oil change. I am a teacher right down the block so I figured I would bring my car there being that the location was so convenient. People were very nice. I told them I didn’t want anything fancy because I am turning in my lease in 2 weeks. I just wanted a basic oil change. When I came to pick up the car, the price was 122.00. I still can’t believe it. I called reputable places in other areas and the prices weren’t even close to what I paid. I spoke to the owner and she explained that you get what you pay for and that was the price. It still doesn’t sit well with me. That’s a lot of money for an oil change. I should have asked beforehand what the price would be. Lesson learned. I just feel really ripped off. My dad almost had a heart attack when I told him. My uncle is a mechanic at Nissan and said I absolutely got ripped off. I’ve posted on my Facebook page to see if maybe I’m crazy and out of the loop on prices but everyone has the same reaction as I did."
